I’ve been a nurse for 24 yrs. When asked why I became a nurse, I would have to say, “I love taking care of people and I’m a fixer.” I want my students to strive to be the best and make each patient feel special and that they’ve had the best care. My philosophy is ”Treat every patient as though they were your family member.”
