Who is Michael Thomas?
I was born and raised in North Central Arkansas and have only moved away from the area a few times in my life to find work. I spent 17 years in the public water business, the last 7 years as the manager of a rural water system. I was a non-traditional student who returned to academia about 11 years after dropping out of college in 1985. I have been an English instructor since 2001. Now, I am married to my best friend and my favorite colleague, Kellie, and we have a melded family of 4 boys and one girl. Life is good!
