The Human Resources Department at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home realizes that the most valuable asset we have is our employees. Our primary goal is to provide the ASUMH faculty and staff with superior customer service in a friendly, caring, trustworthy and timely manner. The HR department strives to ensure that every employee is treated fairly and that all policies, procedures, and practices are applied equally to all. The Human Resources Department is located on the third floor of Roller Hall in the Administrative Affairs wing. We are closely allied with the payroll department and provide information on insurance, benefits, retirement options as well as policies and procedures. We are also an integral part of the university hiring process.
