Student Right-to-Know Information
The Student Right-to-Know Act requires that universities receiving Title IV funding disclose certain information including graduation rates for degree-seeking students. The term “Title IV Funds” refers to the federal student aid programs authorized under the Higher Education Act of 1965 (as amended) and includes, but is not limited to, Federal Unsubsidized Stafford loans, Federal Subsidized Stafford loans, Federal PLUS Loans, Federal Perkins Loans, Federal Pell Grants, and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG). For the purposes of meeting this requirement, information regarding first-time, full-time students is provided.
