Financial Aid Refund Check Disbursement Procedures

To pick up your financial aid refund check, you now must show a picture ID, such as your driver’s license or a state issued ID to the Cashier.  No checks will be given without proof of identity. 

Checks cannot be disbursed to anyone other than the student.

If you do not have a picture ID, your financial aid refund check will be mailed to the address we have on file for you.

Notice to ASU Jonesboro Degree Center Students Taking Classes on the ASUMH Campus

For those students enrolled in the ASU Jonesboro Degree Programs, it is critical that you read and understand the following information.

We have been notified by the ASU Jonesboro Campus that a student who has applied for admission to one of the ASU programs offered on the Mountain Home Campus will not be eligible to receive financial aid funds unless they are enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours (Jonesboro upper level courses) for each term.  Degree Center students may also enroll in Mountain Home undergraduate level classes and receive credit as being a full-time or less student as long as they are enrolled in the minimum of six credit hours of ASU upper level courses.  There will be no exceptions to the six credit hour rule.  For the summer term, six credits total will be acceptable over the entire summer.  Correspondence courses cannot be counted toward the six credit hour requirement.
