Refund Policy

Upon official withdrawal from class, ASUMH will refund tuition according to the following schedule when a Withdrawal Form is completed by the student and processed according to ASUMH policy: 

Withdrawal before 4:00 p.m. between January 17-January20, 2012          100%
Withdrawal before 4:00 p.m. between January 23-January 27, 2012        80%
Withdrawal before 4:00 p.m. between January 30-February 3, 2012    60%
Withdrawal after 4:00 p.m. on February 3, 2012     0% 

All payments are due by January 12, 1012.

Payments may be made by cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover,or by approved financial aid. 

Financial aid must be completed, no pending aid will be accepted.

Anyone not making payment by January 12, 2012 will be withdrawn from Spring 2012 classes.

IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW FROM THE UNIVERSITY IN

THE EVENT HE/SHE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES.  

Admission Procedures

Online Course Designations

IA -   Internet Assisted Courses

The majority of coursework will be completed via the Internet.

Minimal visits to campus are required.

NET-   INTERNET (ONLINE) Courses

All coursework completed via the Internet.

Honors Courses

HON-  Courses designated as Honors are limited to those students participating in the Honors program.

 

Spring 2012 OPEN REGISTRATION

January 9 - 12      (M - R) 8:30 a.m. –  4:30 p.m. Any Student
January 12            (R)  8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Any Student and Golden Agers
January 17 - 19   (T - R)               8:30 a.m. –  4:30 p.m. Late Registration

 

For those registering between January 9 and January 12:

Payment may be made at the Office of the Cashier, on the third floor of Roller Hall by January 12, 2012.

For those registering between January 17 and January 19:

All payments are due on the day of registration.

Payment may be made at the Office of the Cashier, on the third floor of Roller Hall. 

All students must see their academic advisors prior to registering for classes:

  • Students are urged to consult the university catalog when making course selections. 
  • Students should select alternate courses in the event the first choice of courses is closed.
  • Registering for courses which will not fulfill degree requirements or registering for courses without having the necessary co-requisites or pre-requisites may result in being dropped from the class(es).
